SLI/SLR Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated SLI/SLR Operations Manager to lead service installation, activation, repair, and restoration operations across Metro Manila. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing field teams, driving service quality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily SLI (Service Line Installation) and SLR (Service Line Repair/Restoration) operations.
• Ensure timely completion of service installations, activations, repairs, and restoration activities.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage supervisors, team leaders, technicians, and field personnel.
• Ensure proper manpower deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.

Service Quality & Customer Experience

• Ensure prompt response and resolution of service outages and trouble tickets.
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Network Operations & Technical Oversight

• Oversee installation, activation, troubleshooting, repair, and restoration processes.
• Support operations involving fiber optic networks and FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) services.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and presentations for management.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
• Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• PRC License is an advantage but not required.
• Certifications in Telecommunications, Fiber Optics, Project Management, or Operations Management are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, ISP, cable, or network operations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience handling installation, repair, maintenance, or field operations.
• Proven experience managing SLI and SLR teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks and FTTH operations.
• Experience in installation, activation, troubleshooting, repair, and restoration processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
