As a Reporting Analyst - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. You will be instrumental in managing key processes and functions, leveraging your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide exceptional services. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while continuously improving and optimizing processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing service delivery processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Leading the transition and management of outsourced services, confirming seamless integration and performance
• Utilizing business process automation and improvement techniques to streamline operations and reduce costs
• Collaborating with delivery teams to plan and execute deliverables, maintaining alignment with client objectives
• Analyzing operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive value
• Implementing continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and delivery excellence
• Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support long-term partnerships and business growth
• Applying critical thinking to solve complex problems and generate innovative solutions within managed services
• Upholding professional and technical standards to maintain compliance and integrity in all service engagements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
