Position & Hours: Slots attendant

Job Summary & Responsibilities

Job Goal:

Our slots attendant is responsible for (but not limited to)

• Ensuring a high level of customer service, helping all members and guests feel entertained and valued.
• Providing change to members when needed.
• Processing members' payments when they win.
• Ensuring all slot machines are in working order and are available for play at all times
• Resolving any technical problems with machines as they arise.
• Explaining members' rules and providing instructions on how to play.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the games room throughout the day.
• Working alongside the venue manager to maximize the financial performance of the business.
• Compliance with legal and company guidelines in relation to such areas as health and safety, gaming requirements, etc
• Prolonged standing and walking is required. Some bending and stooping is also required.

Skills

Accuracy in mental arithmetic

Experience within hospitality or a relevant industry is desired.

Strong customer orientation

Excellent Cash Management

Dynamic, high-energy team player

A mature approach and professional presentation

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: €14.15-€16.15 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
