SLP Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SLP production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Conduct basic visual inspections to identify product defects.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Handle PCB materials carefully to prevent damage and contamination.
• Record daily production output and maintain accurate production records.
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
• Assist technicians during machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Follow production schedules and instructions from team leaders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operations.
• Able to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
