Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN Pleasant Valley | Derry, NH $55–$60/hour | PRN Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist at Pleasant Valley in Derry, NH . Provide skilled nursing rehabilitation that helps residents communicate with others, manage cognitive demands in their routines, and address swallowing difficulties through focused clinical care.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities to identify each resident's needs.
• Establish measurable treatment goals linked to daily interactions, care participation, and functional routines.
• Deliver individualized therapy for speech and language disorders, memory, attention, and problem-solving.
• Provide dysphagia interventions and coordinate clinically appropriate recommendations with nursing and dietary teams.
• Teach residents and caregivers practical supports for communication and carryover of treatment strategies.
• Document findings and outcomes, reassess progress, and contribute to care coordination and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license.
