AIM — Where Your Passion Meets Purpose

CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant / SLP-A (1099 Independent Contractor)

AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) isn't your typical services company. Recognized as a Best Place to Work, Top Workplaces honoree, Best Workplaces in Texas, and certified Great Place to Work, we've spent over a decade reimagining how special education services get delivered — pairing exceptional clinicians with purpose-built technology we design in-house. We build the systems that let clinicians focus on what matters: students.

If you're a licensed SLP-A looking for flexible, meaningful contract work with a creative, forward-thinking partner, let's talk.

WHY CONTRACT WITH AIM

  • Innovative tools — Access to AIM's proprietary technology suite, designed to streamline documentation and therapy management.
  • A collaborative clinical community — Optional professional development and a network of experienced clinicians across 120+ Texas districts.
  • Steady referral volume — We serve 200+ schools statewide, so the work is there when you want it.

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive contract rates commensurate with experience, paid per agreed terms.
  • Engagement contingent on a background check clearing you to work in public school settings.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP, delivering therapy across various communication modalities
  • Provide tele-practice services when appropriate, adapting to each campus's service delivery model
  • Document session data and student progress accurately and on time
  • Communicate effectively with the supervising SLP regarding student needs and progress
