With previous management experience in fashion, accessories, retail or customer-focused environments, you're confident leading by example on the shop floor. Highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about styling, you'll bring enthusiasm and positivity every day.

Your responsibilities:

• • Lead daily store operations and customer experience
• • Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team
• • Drive sales, KPIs and store profitability
• • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
  • Manage stock, rostering and operational excellence

You will have:
