Small Business Account Executive

Who you are

• Be fluent in Italian and English
• Have experience in an Account Executive position in a technology company. SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience is a bonus
• Have experience with outbound sales to upsell/cross-sell
• Have verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
• Have experience reaching sales targets, forecasting accuracy and client satisfaction
• Be empathic, curious by nature, organised, responsible, and self-motivated
• Be open to learning new things and be willing to grow

What the job involves

• Reaching out to new and existing customers, creating upsell/cross-sell opportunities in your market, engaging in outbound calling
• Meeting or exceeding sales and product objectives
• Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
• Creating client demos/presentations, and quotes/proposals
• Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP Level executives to address business needs
• Using Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
• Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
