Small Engine Mechanic

• High school graduate; preferably with TESDA certification or vocational training in Automotive Servicing, Small Engine Repair, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• With experience in repairing and maintaining small engines, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, basic electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs independently.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and maintenance tools.
• Construction-site experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites when required.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Able to maintain and repair the following equipments

• Concrete vibrators
• Plate compactors
• Concrete mixers
• Water pumps
• Generators
• Cut-off machines
• Welding machines
• Power tools
• Pressure washers
• Grinders and drills
• Other gasoline- or diesel-powered small equipment
• Inspect electrical and mechanical tools for defects and unsafe conditions.
• Recommend replacement or major repair of equipment that is beyond economical repair.
