SMALL ENGINE TECHNICIAN

The Aftersales Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and supporting industrial and power tools after sale. The role ensures high customer satisfaction through timely service, technical expertise, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Technical Service & Repair

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in industrial and power tools
• Perform repairs, overhauls, and preventive maintenance according to manufacturer standards
• Test tools after repair to ensure proper functionality and safety
• Handle warranty and non-warranty repairs

Spare Parts & Inventory

• Identify required spare parts and ensure correct usage
• Assist in spare parts ordering, stock monitoring, and returns
• Ensure tools and spare parts are handled and stored properly

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety procedures and company service standards
• Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and local regulations
• Keep tools, service area, and test equipment clean and organized

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
