SMALL ENGINE WARRANTY AND SERVICE TECHNICIAN

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service to distributors, dealers, and customers by answering tech support calls and emails involving equipment and process issues.

• Process warranty claims and keep cases organized and moving.

• Work directly with 2‑cycle engines, outdoor power equipment, and spray equipment.

• real tools, real troubleshooting.

• Assemble and operate equipment for demos, testing, and training sessions.

• Join ongoing product and engine training to level up your technical skills.

• Contribute ideas to improve products and support materials.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong communication and organization skills; Excellent English skills, Spanish is a bonus.
• Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Extras

• Experience as a Service Technician or Service Writer involving powersports, outdoor power equipment, or pump and spray equipment.
• Technical school or industry certifications related to power equipment and 2 stroke engines. (i.e., EETC, Honda, Echo, Stihl, Briggs, Kubota, etc.)

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
