• Create project plans with cross-function team members and work out concrete schedule.
• Prepare proposal and progress reports for stakeholders and/or users.
• Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
• Identify the resources needed for the project and bring about.
• Oversee the implementation of project improvements and conduct performance reviews.
• Control the project budget and balance ROIC to accomplish projects on cost-efficiency-oriented.
• Leverage practical projects from USI worldwide sites, and play a key role to collaborate between users and local SI venders.
• Fan out i4.0 modules of smart factory at TW site
• Drive cost saving on manufacturing enhancement and improvement to catch target by automations.
• Facilitate site Smart-Manufacturing-Factory level based on 5-Star magnitude.
