SmartRecruiters Architect

We are looking for an experienced SmartRecruiters Architect to design, implement, and improve SmartRecruiters solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, integrations, and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SmartRecruiters solutions.
• Understand business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Manage integrations between SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, EC, Onboarding, and third-party applications.
• Design recruiting workflows, approval processes, career sites, candidate experience, and reporting.
• Manage data migration, security, and governance.
• Provide technical support during implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Work closely with HR teams, recruiters, business stakeholders, and project teams.
• Manage stakeholders and provide solution consulting.
• Analyze issues and troubleshoot problems.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of SmartRecruiters implementation and rollout experience.
• Mandatory certification in SAP SuccessFactors SmartRecruiters, Recruitment Management, and Recruitment Marketing by SAP.
• Knowledge of SF EC, Position Management, RMK, and ONB integrations is an added advantage.
• Good communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
