Role Description - The Senior Manager / DGM Architectural Design will lead the planning and design, across new store developments, renovations. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into innovative, functional, cost-effective, and brand-compliant design solutions while ensuring adherence to design guidelines, quality standards, statutory regulations, and operational requirements.
The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Projects, Operations, Business Development.
KPI
- On-time delivery of designs.
- Design accuracy and reduction in site-related design revisions.
- Project cost optimization and value engineering achievements.
- Compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Handling team of 7-8 ppl.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior design.
- 1015 years of relevant experience in architectural design, retail design, hospitality.
