SMD/SMT Machine Operator

Department: Production / Manufacturing
Location: Factory / Production Facility
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SMT Pick & Place Machines and Reflow Oven.
• Set up machines, load feeders and verify component placement.
• Handle SMD components as per BOM and production requirements.
• Inspect PCB assemblies for placement and soldering defects.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic machine/component feeding issues.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Maintain production, rejection and machine-related records.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of PCB, SMT process and electronic components.
• Experience with Pick & Place / Reflow machines preferred.
• Good attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a production environment and meet targets.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
