1. Feladatok

• Meglévő ügyfélportfólió kezelése és fejlesztése, rendszeres kapcsolattartás a kiemelt ügyfelekkel.
• Az ügyféligények, kérések, reklamációk és adatszolgáltatási igények magas színvonalú kezelése.
• Ügyféllátogatások szervezése, lebonyolítása, valamint a kapcsolódó adminisztráció és riportálás CRM rendszerekben.
• Kalkulációk, ajánlatok, szerződésmódosítások és egyéb dokumentációk koordinálása, az ajánlatadási és megrendelési folyamat teljes körű nyomon követése.
• Kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal és ügyfélérdekek képviselete.

2. Elvárások

• Felsőfokú végzettség.
• 2-3 év ügyfélkapcsolati, account management vagy B2B értékesítési területen szerzett tapasztalat.
• Kiváló kommunikációs és tárgyalási készség.
• Ügyfélközpontú gondolkodásmód, önálló és proaktív munkavégzés.
• Precíz adminisztrációs és szervezőkészség.
• Magabiztos MS Office ismeretek, kiemelten Excel.
• Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás.
• Érdeklődés a gépjárművek, a flottakezelés és a mobilitási szolgáltatások iránt.
