Job Role:

Primary Skill Set ASCP SME (Planning & GOP):

• ASCP configuration
• ASCP plan exception management
• Planning collections and plan generation
• Recommendation review and planned order releases
• Global Order Promising (GOP)
• Forecast load and management

Additional Skills:

• Experience in ticket resolution and incident management (AMS Support)
• Experience working directly with business users and client IT SMEs
• Experience or exposure to Demantra
• Good communication skills
