SME Associate, Team leader,

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of fraud investigators to identify, investigate, and resolve chargebacks in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough reviews of transaction records to determine the validity of disputes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather evidence and information necessary for effective dispute resolution.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce chargeback rates and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in credit card processing, fraud analysis, or related field.
• Strong understanding of chargeback processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Experience with fraud investigation tools and techniques.
