Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Accounting activities.
• Review and approve Journal Entries, Accruals, and GL transactions.
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and support month-end/year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals.
• Coordinate with internal and global stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
• Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Handle accounting queries, analysis, and timely resolution of issues.
• Work in US Shift and support global accounting operations.
