Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• 10 yrs of experience in Academic Service Industry

• At least 4 years of experience managing SMEs, Faculty or Vendor experience in Academic Services

• Bachelor s degree in business or marketing

• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues of SME

• Managing Stakeholders - Internal & External

• Good command over English both written and spoken

• Good command over Hindi

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite

Good network within the Educational domain
