Role Summary

Infozech is seeking an experienced Tower & Telecom Domain SME to work onsite at a customer location as a Program / Account Manager. The role combines domain expertise, delivery ownership, and customer relationship management to ensure successful program execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• • Own end-to-end program delivery for assigned customer account(s)
  • Act as primary SPOC for the customer on delivery, planning, and escalations
  • Manage governance, reviews, risks, and SLAs
  • Provide tower/telco domain expertise across tenancy, lease, O&M, billing, and reconciliation
  • Experience of NOC/TOC operations will be added advantage
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements for Infozech solutions
  • Coordinate with internal product, engineering, QA, and support teams
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and solution expansion

Required Skills & Experience

• • 8-10 years experience in Tower / Telecom domain
  • Strong understanding of tower and telecom operations
  • Experience in Program / Account Management roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently at customer location
  • Exposure to OSS/BSS or tower management systems preferred

Qualifications

• • Engineering / Management degree preferred
  • Prior experience as SME, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or Account Manager
