SME Relationship Manager

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with assigned SME clients and expand the client base in line with the bank’s lending policies to achieve business volume and revenue targets.
• Source new prospects and develop new customer relationships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding clients’ needs and proposing appropriate financial solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing professional financial insights and support.
• Monitor portfolio performance to ensure business growth, profitability, and effective risk management.
• Collaborate with internal business units to promote cross-selling opportunities and generate referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients’ accounts as well as the bank’s products and services.
• Support business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability of the unit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance,Economics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–2 years of experience in SME or banking/financial services will be an advantage.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to achieve targets.
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
