SME Vermillion Platform

In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert for Vermillion within the

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Vermillion platform for investor and IC reporting
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and reconcile data across underlying databases
• Design and build report templates and data workflows within Vermillion to improve accuracy and turnaround time
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency
• Troubleshoot platform and data issues, acting as the primary point of contact for Vermillion-related queries
• Support data governance, quality assurance, and version control across reporting outputs
• Apply understanding of credit business/products to ensure reporting accurately reflects underlying fund and asset data (where applicable)

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing and optimizing complex queries
• Proven experience working with the Vermillion reporting platform (or similar investor reporting/data platforms)
• An automation-first mindset, with an inclination toward learning and applying AI for process improvement
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Understanding of the credit business (private credit, direct lending, or Infra IG) is a plus
• Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization
