Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality content such as graphics, videos, photography, and written posts tailored to each platform’s audience and style.
• Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
• Analyze social media metrics and marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for improved results.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent brand messaging and manage online reputation.
• Utilize media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation and editing.
• Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement while monitoring ad performance through Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management.

Skills

• Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in content creation tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility.
• Expertise in social listening tools and social media analytics platforms for performance monitoring.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing performance monitoring using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Strong graphic design skills combined with video editing capabilities for multimedia content production.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Relationship management skills to engage with influencers, partners, and online communities effectively.
