We are a Cyprus-based digital services company operating under the brand BoFu Digital, providing B2B marketing, technology, analytics and operational support to international brands.

One of the projects we support operates in the iGaming industry and focuses on Latin American markets. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to manage social media activities, create engaging content, grow our online presence and support campaigns across multiple platforms.

Job Overview

You will plan and deliver social media content tailored to the platforms and audiences used across Latin America. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at pace, understands social media trends and can build organic reach in a regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the social media calendar across Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp and other relevant channels
• Create and adapt content for each platform, including short-form video, memes, match previews, live reactions, odds highlights and promotional posts
• Manage community channels by responding to comments and direct messages, moderating discussions and escalating support issues to the appropriate team
• Coordinate giveaways, contests and ambassador or influencer collaborations with the Marketing and Affiliate teams
• Track and report on reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates and contribution to conversions
• Test new formats, hooks and posting times, using performance insights to improve results
• Monitor competitors and platform trends in the iGaming industry

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in social media marketing, ideally in iGaming, sports media or another regulated industry
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage for Latin American markets
• Hands-on short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social or Hootsuite
• Understanding of how Meta, TikTok, X and Google restrict iGaming advertising, with the creativity to build organic reach within those limits
• A sharp sense of humour and a good feel for meme culture
• Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines during live events
• Availability for evening and weekend coverage on a rotating basis

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer and streamer partnerships
• Basic design skills using Figma, Photoshop or Canva
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and UTM tracking
• Knowledge of betting markets, odds and casino products

Salary: €2,000–€2,700 net per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
