Why You’ll Love This Position We have an opportunity for a licensed physician to join the innovative team at the Adult Psychiatric Services program, here at Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center located in Farmington, MO. Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center currently has a 348-bed capacity, and offers forensic/long term services within a long term care psychiatric hospital. This is a licensed position that performs professional medical care of assigned patients and may specialize in one or a combination of medical fields including primary care, acute care, internal medicine, and geriatrics. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities In addition to those identified in the previous level: Knowledge of the principles and practices of general and/or specialized medicine, and methods and processes utilized in diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases. Ability to analyze and evaluate the practices, techniques, and treatment procedures employed in a particular medical specialty for effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensure and completion of residency.
