Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented SMO Executive / Social Media Optimization Specialist to manage social media platforms, increase brand visibility, improve engagement, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Create engaging content, captions, hashtags, and social media calendars.
• Increase followers, organic reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify trending social media strategies.
• Optimize social media profiles to improve visibility and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate leads and traffic.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SMO and social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience in content planning, hashtag research, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and organic growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns will be an added advantage.
