Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused individual to join our team at the Smoke Shop 21+. This role involves providing excellent service to customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be at least 21 years old, possess a positive attitude, and have a passion for delivering a great shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves and display areas
• Check IDs to verify legal age for purchase and ensure compliance with state laws
• Operate cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process payments
• Restock inventory as needed and monitor stock levels
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Follow all safety procedures and store policies to ensure a secure environment
• Assist in opening or closing the store as scheduled

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with valid identification
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to tobacco, vape products, or similar items is a plus but not required
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
