Retail Sales AssociatePosition Summary

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This position involves helping customers throughout their shopping experience, explaining products, processing purchases, and keeping the store organized and presentable.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, communicates clearly, and is comfortable balancing customer service, sales, and general store responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide assistance based on their needs and preferences.
• Answer product questions and make helpful recommendations.
• Demonstrate products and explain key features when needed.
• Support sales efforts by creating a positive and helpful shopping experience.
• Process cash and other transactions accurately at the register.
• Replenish and keep shelves and displays neat and organized.
• Monitor product availability and assist with general inventory tasks.
• Keep customer and employee areas clean, including sales floors, counters, and restrooms.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist with product or store-related questions.
• Help resolve basic customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work closely with other team members to meet store goals and complete daily responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
