Duties

• Prepare a wide range of smoothies and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems to process sales efficiently and accurately
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining excellent cashiering practices
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and answering questions about menu options
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space by adhering to food safety and food handling protocols
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and utensils regularly to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without compromising quality or safety

Skills

• Proven experience as a barista or in food service with strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Food Handlers Certificate is a must.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail in beverage presentation and cleanliness

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
