Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of smoothies, beverages, and food items with precision and care, following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Clover & Toast for retail sales transactions, processing cash and card payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering product recommendations
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely beverage and food delivery without compromising quality
• Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, café work, or retail sales transactions is highly preferred
• Familiarity with beverage preparation, including non-alcoholic drinks and coffee experience, is a plus
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Clover and Toast for efficient sales processing
• Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate change distribution
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and cleanliness standards
• Basic understanding of food industry regulations and proper food handling techniques
