Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, focusing on purchase-to-pay cycle, negotiation, and RFQ management within electrical and mechanical domains. Ensures timely delivery, supplier coordination, and compliance with company procedures.

What Youll Do:

• Manage purchase-to-pay activities, including RFQs, cost comparisons, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice discrepancies, and documentation
• Convert purchase requisitions and approved demand into accurate purchase orders
• Ensure purchase order accuracy for price, quantity, delivery date, Incoterms, supplier, and commercial terms
• Manage changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and urgent requirements in purchase orders
• Maintain purchasing records, reports, and handle discrepancies
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and follow up on order confirmations and shipments
• Expedite critical materials, escalate shortages, and coordinate with internal teams
• Monitor inventory levels and support optimization activities
• Manage consignment and vendor-managed inventory execution
• Act as operational point of contact for suppliers regarding orders and discrepancies
• Negotiate with suppliers within approved guidelines
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or equivalent
• Ensure compliance with procedures, sourcing strategies, and audit requirements
• Prepare reports on shortages, delivery performance, inventory, and discrepancies

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Experience in P2P cycle management, procurement, negotiation, and RFQ management
• Domain experience in electrical and mechanical fields
• Ability to work in shifts (First & Night, as per project allocation)
• Immediate availability as per notice period requirement

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications:
BE / BTech in Electrical or Mechanical (or as per requirement)
