SMSF Administrator

Champagne Recruitment is partnering with Brentnalls SA to find an experienced SMSF Administrator to join their growing team.

Reporting to the SMSF Principal and SMSF Manager, you'll be responsible for the administration and compliance of a portfolio of Self-Managed Super Funds, ensuring deadlines are met, records remain accurate, and clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish new SMSFs and trustee companies.
• Manage workflows and job progression through BGL360.
• Coordinate annual audits and SMSF Annual Return lodgements.
• Process rollovers, contributions, pension payments and fund changes.
• Maintain fund and member records across relevant systems.
• Handle ATO correspondence, regulatory notices and compliance matters.
• Support trust account administration, billing and workflow management.

About You

You will bring:

• Previous experience in SMSF administration.
• Sound knowledge of SMSF compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• The ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Highly regarded:

• Experience with BGL360 and FYI.
• Exposure to ATO and ABR portals.
• Previous experience within a Chartered Accounting or Professional Services firm.
