Work Experience

• More than 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in process improvement is preferred

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related field.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Malay & English
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is advantage (to communicate with colleagues from Taiwan)

Job Description

1. Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and optimization of AOI programs to improve inspection accuracy, reduce false positive rates, and ensure product quality meets customer requirements
2. Responsible for creation, adjustment, and optimization of AOI programs
3. Create inspection programs based on CAD, BOM, Gerber, and other data
4. Maintain the AOI component library and inspection standards
5. Analyze AOI false calls and escapes
6. Improve AOI inspection efficiency and coverage
7. Support new product introduction and first article verification
8. Collaborate with the quality department to analyze the causes of product defects
9. Train AOI technicians and operators

Other Requirements

• At least 1 year of AOI-related work experience
• Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
• Familiar with SMT electronic components and solder joint judgement standards
• Familiarity with AOI equipment such as Jutze and Koh Young is preferred
• Applicants with experience in electronic products & experience in large companies are preferred;
• Good communication skills, ability to analyse and solve problems, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure
• Comply with the company's work system and can switch between day and night shifts
