SMT Application Engineer

1.Perform commissioning of equipment prior to factory delivery and provide after‑sales maintenance services.

2.On‑site at customer premises, troubleshoot various mechanical, software and electrical issues arising during equipment acceptance and operation, up to on‑site handover and on‑site resident after‑sales support.

3.Cooperate with sales and R&D engineers at customer sites to complete various customer validation tests.

4.Propose design optimization solutions from the perspectives of equipment efficiency, mass‑production feasibility and maintainability, and feed them back to the R&D design department.

5.Summarize various on‑site equipment issues and build an on‑site experience knowledge base, so as to achieve rapid problem identification, resolution and solution formulation.
