What they need
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in PCB assembly, with a strong background in SMT operations.
Languages:
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SMT production equipment and technologies (Solder Paste Printer, AOI, SPI, X-ray inspection).
- In-depth knowledge of PCB assembly processes and SMT line operations.
Job Responsibility:
- Understanding Panasonic Pick & Place machine (NPM/CM402/CN602)
- Understanding DEK solder printer machine.
- Programing NPM/CM402/CM602 part data and Pick & Place program.
- Knowing Pick & Place machine cycle time optimization.
- Knowing maintenance Skills on Panasonic Pick & Place machine /DEK solder printer/Heller reflow.
- Equipment troubleshooting.
