SMT Engineer

Manufacturing Industrial Company which produces electronic and automotive components, originates from South Korea and is part of the LG Group.

We are currently opening job vacancies to become part of our team as:

SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Engineer - English Fluent

Requirement :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
2. Have a minimum of 3 years work experience as a SMT Engineer or in an SMT manufacturing company
3. Understand several manufacture electronics part / Machine
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
5. Proficiency in using electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, PLC programming tools, and simulation software
6. Have Statistical Analysis and Process Management Experience
7. Familiarity with tools such as IATF and Minitab and etc.
8. Proficient in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
9. Preferably able to speak and write English (minimum TOEFL 500 / TOEIC Speaking 130)
10. For Staff or Middle level grade
11. Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi, West Java)
12. Domiciled in the area around the City / District. Bekasi or Jakarta.

It is preferred if you have additional criteria as follows:

1. VDA 6.3 Certification: If possess certification as an Internal Auditor or External Auditor
2. Experienced in handling customers, especially Automotive customer
3. Work Experience in Process Automotive-Repair: Familiarity with standards like IPC-7711, etc.
4. More preferable if able to speak Korean Language.

1. You will responsible for production of SMT products for automotive components.
2. Resolve problems arising from the production line
3. Carry out continuous improvements so that production results will always run according to plan
