SMT Engineer

About the role

ALINK OPTO TECH(THAILAND) CO., LTD. is seeking a skilled SMT Engineer to join our team in Ayutthaya. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the electrical/electronic engineering operations of our company. As an SMT Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the surface mount technology (SMT) manufacturing process to ensure the production of high-quality electronic components.

What you'll be doing

1. Be responsible for the maintenance work of SMT production line equipment, including printers (MPM), chip mounters (NXTⅢ), reflow soldering machines (Ersa), solder paste inspection equipment (Koh Young & TRI), and AOI (Koh Young), to ensure that the equipment meets the production requirements.
   รับผิดชอบงานบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในสายการผลิต SMT เช่น เครื่องพิมพ์ (MPM), เครื่องวางชิ้นส่วน (NXTⅢ), เครื่องรีโฟลว์ (Ersa), เครื่องตรวจสอบครีมบัดกรี (Koh Young & TRI) และเครื่อง AOI (Koh Young) เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรสามารถรองรับความต้องการการผลิตได้
2. Improve the production efficiency, utilization rate, UPH (Units Per Hour), and stability of the equipment by reducing the frequency of equipment abnormal alarms.
   ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต อัตราการใช้งาน (Utilization), ค่า UPH (จำนวนผลิตต่อชั่วโมง) และความเสถียรของเครื่องจักร โดยลดความถี่ของการแจ้งเตือนความผิดปกติของเครื่อง
3. Evaluate, introduce, and accept new equipment and new fixtures.
   ประเมิน นำเข้า/ติดตั้ง และตรวจรับเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์จับยึด (Fixture) ใหม่
4. Formulate the safety stock of commonly used consumable spare parts for equipment and manage inventory planning.
   กำหนดระดับสต็อกสำรอง (Safety Stock) สำหรับอะไหล่สิ้นเปลืองที่ใช้ประจำ และบริหารจัดการแผนสต็อกอะไหล่
5. Provide skill-improvement training, conduct assessments, and assign work to assistant engineers and technicians.
   จัดฝึกอบรมพัฒนาทักษะ ประเมินผล และมอบหมายงานให้กับผู้ช่วยวิศวกรและช่างเทคนิค
6. Compile and update equipment maintenance standard documents, develop maintenance plans, and lead the implementation according to the plans.
   จัดทำและปรับปรุงเอกสารมาตรฐานการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร วางแผนการบำรุงรักษา และเป็นผู้นำในการดำเนินการตามแผน
7. Timely handle the investigation, improvement and prevention of product quality anomalies.
   ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ แก้ไข และป้องกันปัญหาคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างทันท่วงที
8. Complete other tasks and goals assigned by superiors.
   ปฏิบัติงานและเป้าหมายอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

What we're looking for

1. An associate degree or above, with more than 5 years of working experience in SMT.
   วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา (ปวส.) หรือสูงกว่า และมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน SMT มากกว่า 5 ปี
