Work Experience

• More than 1 year of relevant experience
• NPM placement machine operation skills/experience/Programming experience preferred

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related field.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Malay & English
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is advantage (to communicate with colleagues from Taiwan)

Job Description

1. Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of SMT equipment to increase equipment uptime and production efficiency and reduce equipment failures and downtime.
2. Perform preventative maintenance and periodic inspections of SMT equipment.
3. Responsible for equipment anomaly analysis and troubleshooting.
4. Support production line equipment operation and technical improvements.
5. Analyze recurring equipment failures and propose improvement plans.
6. Manage equipment maintenance records and documentation.
7. Assist with the installation, acceptance, and implementation of new equipment.
8. Improve equipment uptime (OEE) and reduce downtime.
9. Train equipment technicians in relevant maintenance skills.

Other Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with the operating principles and maintenance procedures of SMT equipment.
• Familiar with the principles, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pneumatic systems.
• Familiar with the operating principles and basic calibration of servo motors.
• Capable of sensor anomaly analysis and troubleshooting.
• Patient and meticulous, willing to grow step by step from basic work.
• Comply with the company's work system and can switch between day and night shifts.
