SMT LINE LEADER

Mandatory Requirements: Able to speak Chinese, willing to work both day and night shifts, and has experience working in an electronics manufacturing factory.

1. PCB Production Line Leader Position

Responsible for managing the SMT production lines in the PCB workshop, covering solder paste printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, component insertion, wave soldering & selective soldering, crimping, 5DX, and ICT testing. Ensure production output, quality, and delivery targets are fully achieved, while leading the team to complete the production plan.

2. Job Requirements

Education: Technical/Vocational Certificate, high school or above. Candidates with qualifications in Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields are preferred.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, including at least 1 year of experience as a Line Leader / Shift Leader. Must have hands-on management experience in both SMT and DIP processes.

SMT Equipment: Familiar with Panasonic (NPM) pick-and-place machines, with knowledge of solder paste printers, reflow ovens, SPI, and AOI operation and line changeover.

Process: Good knowledge of the complete SMT manufacturing process.

Quality: Knowledge of SPC, First Article Inspection (FAI), and production line inspection/patrol procedures.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
