What they need
Key Responsibilities:
Operate SMT machines and production equipment as per work instructions.
Load PCB panels, components and feeders correctly.
Operate and monitor SMT machines such as Pick & Place, Solder Paste Printer and Reflow Oven.
Perform feeder setup and component loading.
Check component placement and PCB quality during production.
Follow SOP, ESD, 5S and safety requirements.
Identify basic machine/production abnormalities and inform the Supervisor/Engineer.
Maintain production records, machine logs and rejection/rework details.
Ensure proper handling of electronic components and PCBs.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / PUC / 10th pass depending on experience.
Experience in SMT/EMS/PCB manufacturing preferred.
Freshers with basic electronics knowledge can also be considered.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly.
Knowledge of ESD handling.
Ability to read basic work instructions.
Good attention to detail.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
