Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced SMT Operator with hands-on experience in AOI or Mounter Machine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up SMT Mounter Machines (Samsung / Yamaha / Juki / Panasonic / Fuji)

• Operate AOI Machine, create programs, identify defects and generate reports

• Handle SMT line setup, feeder loading, stencil printing, and reflow oven profiling

• Ensure daily production targets and maintain quality standards

• Perform PCB loading/unloading and first article inspection (FAI)

• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Handle solder paste, components properly and follow ESD precautions

• Maintain production and defect reports

Skills Required:

• Must have 2+ year of experience in either AOI or Mounter Machine

• Strong knowledge of complete SMT process

• Knowledge of AOI false call handling

• Knowledge of Pick and Place machines

• Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards will be an added advantage

• Willing to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
