Work Experience

• More than 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in process improvement is preferred
• Applicants with experience in electronic products & experience in large companies are preferred

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related field.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Malay & English.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is advantage (to communicate with colleagues from Taiwan)

Job Description

1. Responsible for maintaining the SMT on-site printing machine, setting and adjusting the temperature of the reflow oven;
2. Responsible for maintaining the SMT product system's sfisflow application and developing SOP for job specifications;
3. Responsible for SMT quality control, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); compiling weekly, monthly, and annual quality reports;
4. Responsible for the fabrication of production jigs and tools, steel plate cutting, and process quality verification;

Other Requirements

• Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
• Familiar with SMT equipment, such as SPI, NPM, reflow ovens, and AOI.
• Knowledgeable in SMT troubleshooting, process control, and quality improvement tools.
• Familiarity with IPC (International Electronics Industry Connectivity Council) standards; strong problem-solving and communication skills are preferred.
• Familiar with the use of office software to prepare reports, work experience is preferred, proficient in oral Mandarin & English, and have strong oral expression skills;
• Have good communication skills, ability to analyze and solve problems, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
• Comply with the company's work system and can switch between day and night shifts
