Detailed Description:

• Process Design & NPI: Design and implement robust SMT manufacturing processes and tooling for new product introductions (NPI).
• Machine Optimization: Program and optimize complex SMT equipment (Printer, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI) to maximize throughput and reliability.
• Data-Driven Performance: Utilize DOE and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze machine capability, minimize costs, and scale capacity.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve critical technical issues involving products, processes, and components to ensure seamless production.
• DFM Collaboration: Provide technical feedback on DFMto product designers to enhance yield and manufacturability.
• System Integration: Integrate equipment, material flow, and information systems for peak operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 0-7 years of working experience of SMT process engineering in electronics industry.
• Strong SMT Background: Deep expertise in every stage of the SMT assembly process like SPI, Pick and Place, Reflow etc.
• Proven ability to manage and program high-precision SMT machinery.
• Proficient in statistical methods and root cause analysis.
• Good command of Englishใ
• Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Able to work in Laem Chabang, Chonburi
