SMT / SIP Material Development Engineer (R&D)

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Responsible for Passive Component and BOM defined for SIP, SMT and PCBA Module
• Sourcing and developing the Direct Material for SiP/ SMT / PCBA process
• BOM setup for Passive Component related IT System /database e.g. PLM, SAP
• Perform New Material Development & Characterization on the assigned project
• Provide technical support material of SIP/ SMT /PCBA and technology related
• Co-ordinate and support new material, package development and package analysis
• Perform other duty as assign

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1-5 years’ working experiences in PCBA , SMT, Semiconductor or Electronics
• Electronic Passive Components and SMT / PCBA Process
• Good knowledge of research and development Integrated Circuit Technology
• Proven ability to plan, organize and lead technical projects.
• Good command in English both of verbal and written
• Good analytical skill and problem solving
• Motivated and hardworking
