What they need
Job Des:
To provide support for AI/SMT machines during set up as per line in-charge
Update/modify existing SMT programs to maximize efficiency.
Liaise maintenance activity with the production line in AI/SMT after the input from the Senior engineer.
To provide support NPI RUN/ECN during implementation in production line.
Update machine cycle time with the production UPH & fine tuning for balancing after the input from the Senior engineer.
Implement weekly & 3 monthly machines preventive maintenance following schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimal Diploma 3 in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical
- Having experience in AI/ SMT setup and maintenance in PCBA manufacturing
- Familiar in SMT Yamaha & Panasonic machine
- Familiar with Ms Office
- Able communicate in English
