About the role
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, optimizing SMT equipment used in electronic manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Perform setup, calibration, maintenance of SMT machines, including pick place, reflow ovens, and screen printers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor production processes and inspect assembled boards for defects
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure proper component placement
- Collaborate with engineers and operators to enhance production processes
- Maintain records of machine performance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedule
- Perform other work-related tasks as may be assigned by Management
