SMT Technician (Debug)

Responsibilities:

1. Equipment regular check and maintenance
1.1. Complete daily production line check such as line start/changeover/line shut down.
1.2. Sample check before product line starts and after production line changeover.
1.3. Troubleshooting and repair of abnormal equipment.
1.4. Maintenance of 6S within the equipment.
2.Process engineer work support
2.1. Assist in analyzing and resolving production line process quality issues.
2.2. Equipment optimization for mass production projects, improve efficiency and reduced maintenance costs.
2.3. Data collection during equipment acceptance/project NPI.
3.Confirmation of equipment and other documents
3.1. Daily parameter confirmation between SOP documents and equipment setting. 
3.2. Feedback on parameter anomalies.
4.Continuous improvement
4.1. Training and guidance for production line operators

Specification:

1. Positive, proactive, and down-to-earth work attitude.
2. Having foresight, able to identify potential risks in advance and take effective measures to address them.

Experience:
1-3 years of experience in SMT equipment in the SMT field.
1-3 years of experience in Debug Technician.

Knowledge:

1. Familiar with SMT equipment such as laser marking machines, printing machines, surface mount machines, vacuum reflow soldering, selective soldering, SPI, AOI, AXI and other commonly used equipment
2. Familiar with SMT process and production workflow, strong hands-on ability, problem analysis and solving ability, and possessing certain organizational and coordination skills.
    3.Word/Excel/PPT common office software usage
