2.確保材料的準確接收、存儲、發放和記錄。
3.跨部門採購部門及生產部門密切合作，確保材料供應鏈的順暢運作，並在遇到意外事件時，能即時調整並改善進度延宕的狀況或降低潛在損失。
4.人員作業、紀律、出缺勤管理與督導
5.作業流程優化
6.專案導入與改善
7.客戶稽核應對與稽核缺失改善
8.現場人員作業紀律監督,品質管控,7S巡視與整改,達到符合7S之生產車間
