SNF Biller

Biller On-Site/hybrid | Montebello, CA $35 – $45 per hour Join a team that feels like family. We’re looking for a Billing Specialist who can audit claims with precision and talk to families with heart—because every dollar collected directly supports our residents and our team.

What You’ll Do

• Audit and submit Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO claims
• Assist patients and families with billing questions—on the phone and in person
• Proactively manage delinquent accounts and set up reasonable payment plans
• Prepare accounts for collections when necessary, always with dignity and respect

What You Bring

• Must have:SNF billing experience + strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and HMO billing rules
• Must have:Confidence communicating directly with patients and families
• Nice to have:2+ years of SNF billing experience
